This sweet little duo is set to release Wednesday, February 26th at www.picolors.com. I have tried a few of the amazing handmade soaps offered from PI Colors in the past, but this was my first opportunity trying polishes from the brand. And I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised!

"Azizos.000"

Price: $10.00 [15 ml/0.5 fl oz]

Description: Named for the ancient Syrian god of the morning star, this is a pale green polish, like the first blush of sunrise on dew laden grass. Featuring flecks of color shifting green and purplish pink flakies, iridescent flakies, plus aurora and chameleon shimmers with a violet overlay. Shown here in 3 coats, plus gloss and matte top coats.

Thoughts: First off, I just have to say, the brushes for these are amazing! They make for a for smooth, mess free application with little to no edge cleanup needed. The polish applied wonderfully and was somewhat sheer, but built up quite nicely. The light dusting of flakes along with the shimmer make for such a sweet and delicate polish.

"Arsu.111"

Price: $10.00 [15 ml/0.5 fl oz]

Description: Named for the ancient Syrian god of the evening star, this is a deep purple with a touch of brown base, like the subtle shift between sunset and the deep dark of night. Featuring vibrant red and green color shifting flakies, iridescent flakies, hints of purple/magenta shimmer, with a chameleon green gold overlay. Shown here in 3 coats, plus gloss and matte top coats.

Thoughts: This polish is also a bit on the sheer side, but built up to perfect opacity. It also applied effortlessly and dried down quick and smooth. I found the touch of brown base to make for a very pleasant and sophisticated shade of purple.

These two polishes are set to release on Wednesday, February 26th! Be sure to check them out, as well as the many other goodies over at www.picolors.com. If you have not yet tried any polishes (or soaps for that matter) from PI Colors, I would highly recommend giving them a try!
